PRAYER
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6
One of the most important things we can do as a church is pray.
Prayer is not us speaking into thin air, but exciting two-way communication with us and God individually and corporately.
Prayer is not just for a favoured few, not just for people who are specially called to the ministry of intercession, but for all of us. Prayer is as vital a part of our spiritual life as worship, praise and sharing God’s love with others.
Avenues we have available for praying are:
- Prayer Chain (contact the Office for details)
- Leadership Prayer Meeting once a month.
- Cell Groups
- 24/7 Prayer weeks
Prayer is the vital God given tool whereby the fellowship can remain united, protected and empowered in all its ministries.
